About Us

Our company Siebenstein Spiele was born in 1994, when the founder Jürgen Reiche dared to produce his self-developed board games for 2 people in small series and sell them at Christmas markets. His first Christmas markets were in Dortmund and Cologne.

Since Jürgen was always fascinated by puzzles and brain teasers, he soon began to develop his own ideas in this area. Through collaboration with Jean-Claude Constantin, the product range was quickly expanded to include brain teasers and thinking games. Over the years, more and more Christmas markets were added. Today we sell our puzzles at Christmas markets in Münster, Cologne, Dortmund, Aachen, Berlin and Essen, among others.

Our extensive range includes sophisticated trick boxes, string and tile games, 3D puzzles and much more. In addition to our own Siebenstein games, we also stock patience games from the most popular manufacturers and game developers in the industry, such as Jean Claude Constantin, Hamayama Puzzles, Eureka, etc.

The next milestone was the establishment of our own craft workshop in Münster in 2015. Since then, our self-developed wooden puzzles have been produced here using modern laser cutter technology. The prefabricated parts are then assembled by hand by our dedicated employees, so that the entire production process of our puzzles, from development to assembly, is "made in Germany".

Jürgen and his partner Doris soon started producing their own puzzle games and selling them internationally through wholesale. Our wholesale customers include large and small online shops, game stores and market traders in Germany, Europe and overseas.

In 2025, another 10 years later, our online shop will open for private customers.

Who we are:

The game inventor and company founder Jürgen Reiche is a patience game designer and is responsible for the development and production of the puzzle games as well as for the organization of the Christmas markets, while his partner Doris Ludwigs is responsible for order processing, employee and customer support as well as communication and marketing. We currently have a team of 6 dedicated employees behind us for production, packaging and shipping.
